OFFICE Stages 1&2

We are currently constructing an exciting new office pod using a combination of 1 x 40-foot high cube container and 1x 20-foot high cube.

This modular design efficiently combines functionality and aesthetics, offering a practical working environment. Half of the larger 40-foot container joined with the 20ft will house a spacious, boardroom-style office complete with ample natural lighting, insulated walls, climate control, and integrated technology solutions—ideal for team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and presentations.

The residual part of the 40ft is dedicated to a thoughtfully designed kitchenette and dining area. It will feature compact cabinetry, fridge, microwave, sink, and a communal eating space for staff.

The overall design emphasizes sustainability, utilizing eco-friendly materials and energy-efficient fixtures. This design would also be suitable for a pod accommodation cabin.
