We’ve started build on our next project: the BOX Module, a transformative boutique accommodation pod crafted from repurposed shipping containers. The BOX Module is designed to maximize comfort and functionality, offering a fully equipped living space that’s perfect for families or groups seeking a unique getaway experience.

The BOX Module includes:

luxurious king bed for ultimate relaxation.
modern bathroom with high-quality fixtures.
fully functional kitchen, complete with essential appliances.
robes for storage, ensuring clutter-free living.
three bunk beds, making it ideal for group accommodations or families with children.

So what have we done so far Structural Modifications:

Because this is being built in winter, we have delayed cutting sections for windows, doors, and ventilation openings and only cut necessary door openings between container units.

Reinforced the container’s structure, especially around cut areas, using steel framing to maintain integrity.

Interior Construction:

Room Dividers and Framing: Construct MPG10 partitions to create distinct spaces for the king bed, bunk beds, kitchen, bathroom, and storage areas.

Electrical and Plumbing Systems:

At this stage first fix or Rough In electrical is completed - wiring the container for lighting, outlets, and appliances, with options for solar panels to enhance sustainability.
