Introduction to POD2

We’re excited to unveil our newest creation: POD2, a premium small container home designed for those who value a minimalist, industrial-luxe aesthetic. POD2 is a compact yet luxurious living space featuring a small bedroom, TV wall, kitchenette, and a fully functional bathroom with a shower.

Designed for adaptability, POD2 is perfect for urban developments, off-grid living, or boutique accommodation businesses. Its raw, industrial charm combined with high-end finishes creates a unique living experience. The unit can be delivered semi-complete, allowing owners or developers the flexibility to finish it according to their specific vision or requirements.

Our first development using POD2 will be pairing it with BED, creating a 3 Bedroom glamping experience!

POD2 Key Features

Small Bedroom:

Accommodates a queen size bed with space for minimalist side tables.
A sleek TV wall. If paired with another module this unit can also be used as a Kitchen.

Kitchenette:

Pre-planned layout for a compact kitchen with provisions for appliances, cabinetry, microwave, 2 burner hotplate and a sink.
Designed to integrate seamlessly into the open space.

Bathroom:

A chic, compact fully tiled bathroom with shower space and plumbing prepared for high-quality fixtures.
Raw industrial detailing ready for finishing touches.

Phases 1 and 2 Complete:

Structural Elements: Hot fix steel cut-outs for windows and doors, Windows come with 8mm steel combining durability with an edgy aesthetic.
Timber framing supporting the internal structure and walls. Gyprock installed and ready for tiling and/or painting or further customization.
Flooring Layers:- Cement sheeting laid as a durable base for the chosen final flooring material. Flexibility to choose tiles, polished concrete, or timber finishes to suit your style.
Electrical and Plumbing: First fix completed, with wiring and plumbing installed and ready for final connections.
