The structure is composed of a series of High Cube ISO shipping containers arranged in a cascading, pyramid-like formation. This terraced layout not only complements the natural slope of the mountainside but also minimizes disruption to the surrounding landscape.
The containers are elevated on stilts, further reducing their physical footprint while also providing insulation from the cold ground. The use of steel containers makes the resort both durable and capable of withstanding harsh mountain weather.
Each container unit was carefully modified to include large floor-to-ceiling glass windows, offering panoramic views of the breathtaking scenery. The interiors are lined with natural timber, creating a cozy yet modern aesthetic that contrasts with the industrial exterior.
Design Features
The resort consists of multiple accommodation types, ranging from compact single rooms to luxurious family and deluxe suites. Each unit is designed with sustainability and comfort in mind, incorporating private terraces and minimalistic interiors.
On the upper levels, wooden terraces provide private spaces for guests to enjoy the serene landscape. The thoughtful use of glass walls ensures that the surrounding natural beauty becomes an integral part of the indoor experience.
A centrally located indoor pool, hydro massage center, sauna, and yoga space allow visitors to rejuvenate in style, while the resort’s restaurant and bar offer a taste of authentic Georgian cuisine.
